Pattern Drafting

Our in-house patternmaker develops flat or digital patterns from sketches, photos or existing garments. Patterns can be drafted by hand or digitally.

 

Sample Construction

We produce sales samples, sew-by samples and top-of-production samples.

 

 

Marking+Cutting

We can cut thousands of units per style, generating efficient markers that capitalize the fabric’s yield minimizing the waste factor.

 

Size Grading

Grading is done either by hand or digitally. We can determine a basic grade rule for your company by creating sizing specific to your target market.

 

Production

With our experience which includes production children’s wear, outerwear, tailored women’s-and-menswear, activewear, uniforms and many other non-garment sewn goods, we provide low minimum production with the capability to produce up to 5,000 pieces per style.

 

 

Technical design

We offer technical packages include designs and specification sheets with key measurements which are used for quality assurance, sizing charts for web sales and overseas production.

 

Relationships

We are proud to have relationships with many subcontractors to help clients emerge with a complete product. This includes sources for screen printing, embroidery, woven or printed labels and hangtags, dye houses, patent attorneys and fulfillment warehouses.

 

Branding

We offer full-scale branding and identity creation, graphic design and copywriting.
